Electronic Prescribing Service
This Practice is set up for the electronic prescription service.
This means that for most patients, we can send your signed prescription electronically to your chosen chemist directly; saving you having to come down to the surgery.
To get your prescription sent to your chosen Pharmacy, you will have to ask reception to sign up.
For more information about electronic prescribing services click on this box.
Please allow 48 working hours to process any new requests.
We would like to confirm that our working days for processing prescriptions are Monday from 08.30 to Friday evening at 18:30.
Therefore, any repeat prescription ordered over the weekend or evenings will not be processed until these start times and the period of processing of the prescription will begin from this time.
Please ensure that you leave enough time for this process to take.
Our clinical Pharmacist will be happy to help you with any medication queries, as well as any of the Doctors here at the Practice. Your local Pharmacy may be able to help too if we are closed.
Patients on repeat medication will be contacted by the Doctor or clinical Pharmacist for review at least once a year to review these regular medications and a notification should appear on your repeat slip.
