A Patient Representation Group is a development to enable you to find out more about us, for us to learn from you, and for us both to start to work together to shape local health services. We would like how to know how to improve our service to you and how you perceive our Practice and Staff.
We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and share with you our Survey and results.

Please see attached poster from the Sussex Family Court Survivor Voice Project which we are displaying to support with gathering feedback for victim-survivors of domestic abuse who have experience of the family court system in Sussex. They are seeking to better understand what worked well, what was challenging, and what improvements survivors would like to see across the family justice system.
The poster contains a QR code link for patients to access. The findings will be used to inform future discussions and recommendations through the Sussex Family Justice Board and partner organisations
