Passport Signing

Please note that Doctors are no longer permitted to countersign your passport application form as they are no longer on the approved list of the Identity Passport Services.

Patient Texting

We have just launched a Patient Texting System. For all appointments that you have booked with either the Doctor or the Nurse you will be sent a text reminder the day before.
