NHS App - if you are downloading the App and you need your Linkage Key you must be registered with Patient Access.  If you are it can be found under My Account>Account Settings>My Practice (bottom right on screen)

The NHS App and the NHS COVID-19 app are two different apps.

The NHS App lets you share your COVID-19 status, order repeat prescriptions and a range of NHS services.

The NHS COVID-19 app is a contact tracing app.

Any patients who are seen in the Practice now need to wear a face covering or mask if asked to attend an appointment. 

We are now offering  Video Consultations as well as Telephone Consultations to our patients.  When your appointment is booked we will send simple instructions on how to use.  Please refer to our Online Services tab with step by step instructions.

Making an Appointment

All appointments will be Face to Face with the Team except for any Reviews that can be conducted over the telephone or video consultation.

You can make an appointment with any one of the Nurses or Healthcare Team at the Practice by:

  • Calling into Reception

  • Contacting us by telephone

  • Booking Online via Patient Access or the NHS App 

(You must register in person with the surgery before using Patient Access for the first time. Find out more HERE.)

Blood tests are available to book between 09.00 and 11.30 during the week at the Practice. We also offer appointments at the weekend through the Improved Access Service. You can make appointments to have your bloods taken at Hove Polyclinic if it has been requested by your GP.

If you are booking any of the appointments as listed below you will need to book a double appointment. As you are only able to book a single appointment on our Internet Booking Service, you will need to telephone the surgery to book your appointment.

Telephone Advice

If you would like to speak with the Nurse for advice before your appointment or have any concerns regarding a procedure please ring and leave your details and the Nurse will call you back when they are free (usually at the end of Clinic).

Cancelling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason and need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible so that it can be offered to another patient.  If you have Patient Access or the NHS App you can cancel online.  If the phone lines are closed, then you can email us on
